Terms of Service
Last updated August 15, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of QualityOps (the “Service”), provided by CeyhanLabs (“we”, “us”). By creating an organization, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
The Service
QualityOps is a business-to-business application that helps quality operations teams track work drawn from connected Microsoft 365 mailboxes and, optionally, WhatsApp work reports, and record that work in an auditable operation timeline. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended for use by organizations, not individual consumers.
Accounts and access
Access to the Service is granted through your organization’s Microsoft 365 identity provider. You are responsible for the activity of accounts within your organization and for restricting access to people authorized to use the Service on your organization’s behalf. Roles within an organization (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer) determine what a given account can do.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of a third party;
- attempt to access data belonging to another organization;
- submit content through email or WhatsApp intake that you are not authorized to submit;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
Connected accounts and third-party services
Using the Service may require connecting a Microsoft 365 mailbox or authorizing WhatsApp phone numbers through Twilio or Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. Those connections are subject to the respective provider’s own terms, and you are responsible for having the authority to connect them. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services we integrate with.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our billing partner. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are as presented at checkout. Subscription status is authoritative on our side only once confirmed by Paddle; access to paid features depends on an active subscription.
Data
You retain ownership of the data your organization submits to the Service. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data — including data about third parties such as customer contacts — into the Service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting active subscriptions.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service uses a deterministic rule engine, not artificial intelligence, to extract information from email and WhatsApp messages; extracted data may be incomplete or require human review, and you are responsible for verifying operational decisions made using it.
Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the Service at any time, subject to any applicable subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
