Data Deletion
Last updated August 15, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with you that QualityOps has processed — including data submitted through the WhatsApp work-report channel described in our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to privacy@ceyhanlabs.com. Include:
- the phone number, email address, or name associated with the data;
- the organization (tenant) you submitted it to, if known;
- a description of what you’re asking to have deleted.
We will confirm receipt and let you know once the request has been actioned. We may need to verify your identity or your relationship to the organization’s data before completing a request.
What happens to your data
Where data can be deleted without affecting an organization’s active, ongoing work, we will redact it directly. Personal data collected through email or WhatsApp intake — sender details, message fragments, phone number labels — is redacted in place rather than the underlying record being erased outright, which keeps the record of what decision was made without keeping the personal content behind it. Data still attached to work an organization has open is retained only until that work is closed, consistent with the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
If you are a WhatsApp user whose authorized number should no longer be able to submit work reports, an administrator of the relevant organization can revoke that authorization at any time from within the product; doing so immediately clears the stored phone number. You can also request this through the contact above, and we will relay it to the organization or action it directly where we are able to.
Limits
We cannot delete data where doing so would remove another organization’s record of a business transaction it is required or entitled to keep — for example, the fact that a specific quality operation occurred. In that case we will redact the personal details we can (sender identity, message content) while preserving the non-personal operational record, and will explain the distinction in our response.
